It’s a type of chewing tobacco. Know as skoal, snuff, or chew. It is used mainly in schools. And sold to minors by adults. People who chew this may have yellow teeth. It is a brand. And is sold in West Virginia and Kentucky. And used by rednecks or hillbillies.
