Rerawr 

An adequately manipulated version of the word 'Retard'. It's use is less derogatory than the standard and is utilized for criticism, hating, and pet names.
The word is also sometimes confused when someone, who carries a speech impediment, says the word 'Retard'--for that usage is more derogatory than 'Rerawr'.

Person #1: You're being extremely rude.
Person #2: Is that so? Well i recognize that you come off as a retard.
Person #1: No you tool, it's pronounced 'RERAWR'.

someone who acts as though another person should know who they are but do not. The most likely origin of this word is geographic in nature. Used mainly in Brooklyn.

person A acts as though person B should know who they are, however, person B does not know person A therefore person A is a "red raw stranger".
