A person, usually a black female, that uses extreme ebonics language and mannerisms (hand snap in face, "Ummmmmmmm", etc,. Acting ghetto. Often immitated by females seeking to impress homeys. Usually accompanied with raised eyebrows and a pout. Examples of what a qwa qwa might say:
"She be triflin'" "I know she not talkin' to me", "Where you going at?"

The qwa qwa's were embarassing to their parents, who were obviously educated and well mannered.
