When you're going to rob/steal something unsuspectedly. Could be anything from money, a phone, something someone left behind, or even snacks from a store. Also can be said as "hit a lick".
Person #1: Ayo he left his keys in the car while he went into the gas station!

person #2: Hell yea! Thats boutta be a quick lick!
