"Pulling a Numan" is when one does a front roll immediately after catching a Frisbee.

I was running so fast when I caught the Frisbee, so I had no choice but to pull a Numan.

To talk about something, like a cat, until people want to shoot themselves. To point out how cute something is, 500 times a day... i.e, a cat.
