Acting foolish with your phone. Using it in a manor that upsets others around you. Such as , using the speaker function in public, unnecessary number of selfies, or using your phone instead of paying attention to something or someone.

I saw Karen on TV during the laker game with floor seats, but was acting a phootle. Was on her phone the entire game and got hit in the face by a ball.
