prifficult 

An adjective combining precious and difficult. Used mainly to describe a person's actions when there is an element of arrogance or ego presenting as preciousness arising as being excessively difficult when trying to resolve a dispute or an issue.
The artist was very particular about how his art was to be presented for the exhibition. The curator accused the artist of acting in a prifficult manner.
