a very highly annoying scream or yell from a kid in their pre teen age, who makes a horrible high pitched victory screech..

prepubescent screamer: "HOLY SHIT, I JUST GOT THE NUKE....YESSSSS NUKE!!"

person 2: "OMFG, what that aweful noisy?, did a cat just die?"

person 3: "nah that's just a pre-pubescent scream, don't pay any attention, just block it out man."
