1) An offensive term for an inept person.
2) An insult, with the direct meaning being a penis with an arse shaped bell-end
3) An insult indicating that the accused is both a penis and an arsehole

The Parselmouths are a Seattle based Wizard Rock group made up of Kristina Horner (see Fiveawesomegirls) and Brittany Vahlberg. They write and perform songs from the point of view of Slytherin girls who attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
