Cocky, arrogant, daring, meant to describe an over self assured attitude or demeanor in (male) spanish/cuban vernacular *also could be used to describe the person being called pingudo to point out his genitals seem (bulge) or are as a fact over sized or above the average standard dimensions for the male gender (6")
