Phillennial

When a foreign-born individual "twenty-something" is seemly well adjusted, practice and hard working, after a short period they exhibit behaviors found in the"American Millennial" generation which is as follows: entitled, narcissistic, lazy, sensitive, and demanding praise for showing up.

Yuri was great during the interview process and the first couple of weeks on the job but that quickly faded into a Phillennial facade when we noticed that he needed to be handheld and spoonfed on tasks/projects daily.

Philmont Mile

A measure of distance anywhere between 5 steps and 5 miles. Given by Rangers at Philmont who have no idea what the actual distance to where you are going, so they completely bullshit their answer when you ask them how far it is to anywhere.

Scout: How far is it from Shaefer's Pass to the Tooth of Time?
Ranger: It's exactly 1.75 miles.
Scout: Since that is 1.75 Philmont miles, its probably about 4 real miles.

The largest youth camp in America. The most beautiful place in the world, located in Cimarron, New Mexico. It is known for its training facilities and extraordinary backpacking and cavalcade treks. They have special programs that allow young men and women the chance to hike the entire backcountry and learn new and valuble skills. The most extraordanary of these programs is Rayado, a three week backpacking trip.

Bill: How was your trek at Philmont.
Aaron: Are you joking me, it was amazing! I've never been any place that awesome!
