someone that thinks hes funny. someone that is racist against russians because he's homesick from his own far far away land named the Philippines. he likes rice the white kind, because like its been established he dont like them white european people yet he eats their food. but overall he pretty fun but its on personal opinion. but maybe he's chill enough haha
