Pender
An occasion occurring at any time of year though most often during the summer, normally involving any number (usually all) of the following individuals: Swain, Bainz, Byrne, Compton, Kempke, Polls, Skuodas, Bolin, Shelly, Tiff, Lode, Smith, Clay Claypounds, Tietz, Butler, and Dyson; marked by beer drinking from twelves, cases and kegs, car boffing, and morons punching objects, including trees and each other; normally accompanied by songs such as "Takin' Care of Business," "Pink Cadillac," "Never Been Any Reason," and "Mony Mony."
Penske File
As incorporated in the Seinfeld episode "The Barber", the Penske File is the project George is given to work on in a job he may or may not have. Unsure as to whether he has the job, he is equally unsure as to what work he has to do on this file.
Thus, to refer to something as the "Penske File" denotes being given a task, not knowing what to do with it, but going along with it as if you do. This can consequently result in a lot of 'doing nothing', while looking like you are working hard.

The Pendering
Term that the readers of the Archie's Sonic The Hedgehog comic use to refer to the lawsuit between Archie Comics and the former writer Ken Penders, who copyrighted all his original characters from the comic. The lawsuit resulted in the removal of a large chunk of characters and back story from the comic, which leaded to a reboot. More specifically, the removal all the original characters and stories not created by the current head writer Ian Flynn.

Surf Dracula Syndrome
A phenomenon in film/television series, most notably streaming series, where the main premise is drawn out to such a point that it takes an entire season or more to get the parts of the series the audience is actually interested in seeing.
For example, if a series is titled "Surf Dracula," a majority of viewers would tune in expecting to see Dracula surfing by the first or second episode. However, the entire first season would instead be tedious padding and backstory before finally ending with Dracula surfing in the last five minutes of the season finale.
