over the bridger

Someone who doesn't live in the 'big city', but ventures downtown to participate in it's bar scene. Leaving whatever small amount of human decency an 'over the bridger' possess on the other side of whichever bridge they must cross to exit their shitty, stinky, tire-fire riddled town, the typical 'over the bridger' will drink too much too early, start several fights (usually because he does not have the social abilities to speak to the opposite sex), pee on a car, vomit up the dollar pizza slice he just ate, fight again (this time with friends), then drive drunk back to whichever small, worthless town he came from only to wake up the next morning hung-over. He will then return to his day job of washing dishes in an attempt to earn enough money to repeat the process the very next weekend.
"It smells like post-teenage alcoholism and confusion. Must be all the over the bridgers on Granville tonight."

"Fuck all these over the bridgers."

Over the Bridge

When a person is extremely sexually attractive. To emphasize exactly how hot a person is, the words over and bridge can be stretched out. Additional expressions derived from this term include "On the bridge" for someone who is decently attractive but not a super-hottie, "Under the Bridge" or "Swimming" for someone who is just a disgusting ugly troll, holding no sexual appeal at all, and "Miles from Water" for someone who just isn't trying.
Nathan: "Holy shit! Did you see that girl!"
Dylan:"Hell yeah! Over the Bridge!"
or
Miles: "Look at that warthog!"
Zach:"Bitch is swimming, bro. She's so far under the bridge she hit seafloor."

trucker's tan

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
I had a trucker's tan after driving for 10 straight hours on a sunny day.

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”

Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
