1- someone whom is not afraid to speak their mind, they usually doesn't think about the consequences or how someone will feel about them saying this.

2- someone whom will say whatever comes to mind.

3- someone whom always has an opinion.

Often a nice way of calling someone a douche, because they're honest and straightforward, regardless of how it sounds or who it offends.

Most people who have this quality are politicians, debate-club members, douches, or rebels.
