Nystagmus

It’s when someone can move their eyes really fast and basically twitch them side to side. It’s a genetic mutation. And asking someone how they do it is like asking how someone can move their finger. I have this mutation, and it can limit eye sight and gives the person a higher chance of having really bad vision.
Person 1: Yo how are you doing that with your eyes?

Person 2: Oh I have Nystagmus, a genetic mutation.
