The act of being stationed or given hard copy orders to Norfolk Virginia while serving in the US Navy. It is considered to be a very undesirable place to be stationed hence the term Norfucked.

Norfuck

Slang word for Norfolk, which is a city north of Va Beach. It's a small downtown area. Doesnt have much, but it's pretty old so what it does have is pretty cool. Granby St. is the home to a very underground, but quitte amazing music scene. If your in the area, two places to hit are Relative Theory Record Store and The Norva, which is a very old movie theater turned in a concert venue.
