a really cheesy noob. someone who majorly lacks common sense and intelligence to the point where they are almost retarded.

guy: damn that blonde girl was a real noob cheese.
guy 2: yeah, im pretty sure i saw her trying to take a shit in the sink.

A slightly more hilarious variation on noob (which is the leet version of the term newbie).

The meaning also extends to those who lack common sense, computer know-how, and/or basic intelligence.

Bob: "How do you turn it on?"
Jeff: "Don't be such a noob cheese, press the power button!"
