A Nigger Lap is when something happens that causes people (particularly niggers) to run around in circles usually making noises.

A derivation of the Nigger Lap is the "Hand over Mouth" Nigger Lap where the Nigger Lap is performed while the lapper has a hand over his/her mouth. Sometimes the hand will be in the "OK" shape.
