Something Genji mains constantly spam regardless of their actual health. Even if they are 199 out of 200 health and next to a health pack they will spam this voice line until a healer comes over.

Genji: I need healing
Mercy in voice chat: I have a Roadhog at 100 health I will heal you in a second. Plus there is a health pack right next to you.

The mating call for a rare half human half cyborg creature known as the Genji. The Genji often uses this call when he is at 199/200 health just annoying the Lucio's,Mercy's,Zentyatta's and Ana's he yells it at while not pushing the payload.

Genji:199/200 health
Genji:I need healing
Reaper:We don't even have a healer
Genji:Then switch to one
Reaper:No
Genji:Then i'll just stand here and make our team lose
Reaper:*Switches to Ana*
Ana:Lemme heal you
Genji:*Keeps moving too fast for Ana o heal him*

Something Genji mains love saying for whatever strange reason. Sometime they’ll say it when at 199/200 hp. Sometimes even when full health. RARELY when they really need healing. Most of the time though, it’s just to piss people off.
