Short for "and them" when refering to a particular Group of people, usually preceded by the name of the most prominent individual of said Group.

(I.e.; "Bob n'em" instead of "Bob and them")

"We're going to visit Mom n'em for the weekend."

Or

"Have you guys heard any news from Mike n'em?"
