New version of the old saying "Mutton dressed as lamb", and is a play on the old saying "Wolf in sheep's clothing."
Gives reference to the woman being a cougar while dressing as a skanky teenager to appear less predatorial and more attractive to her unsuspecting prey; hot young males.

The mother of any one or more than one friend that is incredibly hot. The difference between a "milf" and a Scott's Milf" is that the latter has an inclination to release sexual tension on the friends belonging to her firstborn son.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
