Gender neutral version of Mister(Mr.), Missus(Mrs.), Miss(Miss), Sir, Ma’am. It can be abbreviated as mm.
There's also another shorter version known as Mist (M.)

Ex. How are you today, Mistrum? How are you today Mist?
Mistrum name will show you the way. Etc.
