Mediatonic is a British video game company founded in September 2005 by Dave Bailey and Paul Croft. Best known as the developer of Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockdown, a game for babies.

The company owned by Tonic Games, a subsidiary of Epic Games, itself part of British private company Yusufs Milkshakes.
