To "Get medevil" is to attack physically or enter a state of violent behaviour. Often related to opening a can of whoop ass. Derrived from the efficiently violent nature of medi-evil knights.

Medievil 

Adajative:
A portmanteau that combines the words: Medieval and Evil. It is used to denote punishments or other actions that were committed long ago but are no longer legal and/or acceptable today. For example: burning witches, stoning women for adultery, bloodletting, foot binding, washing your face with urine, using lead power as a cosmetic foundation, etc..

In Saudi Arabia they still have the medievil practice of stoning women for adultery.

Jim uses potassium and chicken droppings to cure his baldness. That is so medievil.
