meantoring

When the office psycho mentors a junior member of the staff and they see it as a challenge to see how fast they can get their meantee to cry.

Mentoring but with a sadistic twist.
A meantor is often called upon by management to break useless employees and force them to quit.
Manager: Hey Carol, we would like you to mentor Gary. His performance has been down a bit lately.
Carol: Hells yes, time for some meantoring!
Manager: no brains on the wall this time... ok?

meantor

A mentor-worthy person in one's life whose example has been regrettably ignored. A could-have-been/should-have-been mentor. Someone you meant to follow as your mentor.
My father was my meantor. He was a worthy man who led a good life. I, on the other hand, have led a thoroughly slovenly, worthless life and have ignored my father's example at every turn.
