manajeerial

An "upper mucky-muck" position on da corporate ladder which requires/allows a staffperson holding said lofty title to direct assorted verbal barbs and snide remarks at his underlings.
Da stupidly-macho Red Green definitely held a manajeerial position over his initially-spineless and annoyingly-nerdy nephew Harold, but eventually Red had to grudgingly acknowledge dat Harold was actually much wiser and more sensible/realistic than he himself was.

Managerial Intercourse

The oppressive results of requiring subordinates to observe in discharging their managerial directives. An act resulting in a company reducing creativity, eliminating new ideas and a loss of the company's competitive edge.
