A "Luban" is that complete lunatic that runs into a place, yells and demands something without saying anything relevant except for a massive shockwave of made-up words in a high pitch - and everyone in that place knows exactly what this beautiful idiot wants - instantly.
Lubyanka
The Lubyanka Building is the popular name for the headquarters of the FSB and affiliated prison on Lubyanka Square in Meshchansky District of Moscow, Russia. It was previously the national headquarters of the KGB; Soviet hammers and sickles can still be seen on the building's façade. The building's prison is actually located on the top floor, but since there are no windows on that floor, most prisoners, and therefore popular conception, thought they were being detained in its basement.
"My Russian grandfather used to say that Lubyanka was the tallest building in Moscow, because you could see Siberia from its basement."

French slang, which translated, means "bull's fashion" but basically equates to "hyper trendy" or overly trendy. Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it. This term is most frequently heard in Paris but is slowly spreading to other parts of France.

A slang term for GLP-1 medications(like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.), usually referring to their appetite-killing, weight-loss, or “I forgot to eat” effects rather than the medical details.
