The act of transferring debts to credit cards or transferring existing debts across a number of credit cards. The word is short for "allotting" and also ties in with "lottery"

Leon Lotting it

The act of using someone's indiscretions to gain public notoriety, or to enhance political reputation.
*Leon Lott is the Chief of Police in Columbia, SC. He is infamous for pursuing charges against Micheal Phelps (and eight others) due to Phelps' marijuana bong photo.

Fifth grade teacher's pet Timmy sees Ryan cheating from Jonathan's test. He then Leon Lott's it; getting Ryan suspended from school while embellishing his own reputation as an "exemplary" and "model" student.

Timmy's really Leon Lotting it.

That biker at the Dead & Co. Concert was not only letting a grill rock, he was allowing his grill to napalm itself!

Traffic Looting

The act of purposefully ignoring rules of the road to retain some semblance of power in a usually powerless life in the same sense as looting stores during a riot; e.g. running red lights, ignoring yield signs and general courtesy because of a sense of self-entitlement.
