Usually a teenager who participates in constant masturbation alone. He gets negative pus. Usually has a record of 7 times in a day. Hasn’t had a girlfriend in months or years and when they do it’s usually a farce.

On September 5th, 2010 at his concert in Maryland, Justin Bieber got pranked by his crew. For his song "One Less Lonely Girl", he usually has a female fan from the crowd brought up on stage, and he sings to her and gives her flowers. Well, on September 5th, a old, fat man wearing a crown was brought on stage. Justin was creeped out and wouldn't even give him the flowers, so he gave them to a girl in the audience. He jokingly knocked the crown off the man's head also, when he finally realized the crew had pranked him. At the end of the song, the man picked Justin up. Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
