Logical Locality and Non‑Local Logic Theory

A metalogical theory proposing that logic is not uniform: it has both local properties (valid within a specific framework, context, or community) and non‑local properties (patterns that appear consistent across different frameworks). In online political debates, this manifests when participants use locally valid reasoning (e.g., “within my ideology, this follows”) that appears contradictory from another local logic, yet both can be traced to non‑local structures like basic inference rules or shared cognitive biases. The theory explains why two people can each feel perfectly logical while talking past each other: they are operating in different logical localities, even though the underlying non‑local logic of human reasoning connects them.
Logical Locality and Non‑Local Logic Theory Example: “In the debate, both sides used facts and deductions that worked perfectly inside their own echo chambers. The Logical Locality and Non‑Local Logic Theory showed they were speaking different local logics, even though both were technically ‘logical’ from their own starting points.”

Theory of Locality of Material Conditions

A more granular version of regionalism, focusing on how hyper-local variations in material conditions—a single valley's microclimate, a specific hill's defensibility, a unique local mineral spring—create radically different societal outcomes even within the same broader region. It emphasizes that history is made not on continents, but in parishes, neighborhoods, and watersheds.
Theory of Locality of Material Conditions Example: In medieval Europe, a village built on a rocky hill with a freshwater spring (local material conditions) could become an independent, fortified town. A village a few miles away on a fertile floodplain might become a wealthy but vulnerable estate of a feudal lord. Their divergent political fates were dictated by a few meters of elevation and access to water.

A reality TV star made famous for living in a specific location, such as the ladies of The Hills or the Real Housewives of New Jersey.
That Danielle is just a localite, if she lived anywhere else but Jersey she'd be a nobody.

girls and women of the young persuasion can use this phrase to describe foods that are low in calories, giving us the word "lowcality". men can use this phrase too, but I doubt they care about calories, unless they really care about being physically fit.
