I'll live it up,

This is a way of responding to, "are you okay?/do you feel sick?" Just go, "eh, I'll live/live it up/live it off." Because in all honesty, if you're sick, we are never okay. Yet we always say we are but oh well,

Person 1: Hey.. do you feel sick? You don't seem good.

You: Eh, don't worry. I'll live it up,
