As lilgayboy45 TikToks appeared on more people's "For You" pages in mid-2022, content referencing the account was posted en masse, using the lilgayboy45 jingle and writing variations of its username on the platform. 'lilgayboy45' is the name of a TikTok account. They stitch other videos on the app with simply the text "lilgayboy45" on the screen. What makes it so funny? They put the text to speech singing TikTok voice on the words. The catchy "lilgayboy45" jingle has become beloved to many on the platform. Unfortunatley, 'lilgayboy45' has been banned. There have been new accounts made that do the same thing as 'lilgayboy45', but we can't be sure that they are truly the real 'lilgayboy45'. We can only hope.
