it's a noobish style of PVP-ing at Tibia. Came from player called Lawkz, whos adored by low-leveled players. Being god-like for his friends, and overusing his power, consequetly led him to be number 1 at power abusing, His english perfection is common topic of jokes.(called uga buga language).
Also hes well known from BOH hunting episode "pega boh"/"trade boh"
