Lawkward 

An adjective that describes the awkward nature of law students. It is often characterized by a law student's inability to properly interact with others in a social setting.

a situation so awkward it is laughable, usually as felt by a third party who is viewing the situation but can laugh about it since it's not about them

While it was uncomfortable to watch Jim struggling with an explanation for all the calls to the phone-sex hotline to his mom, it was impossible not to laugh at how lawlkward it was.
