bhai-laundiya refers to a guy who's surrounded by girls anytime of the day.

(1) bhai as in referred as bro among friends.

(2) laundiya means girls.

Basically it means Casanova or Womaniser but in Hindi it does not goes too hard it is used among friends to tease, and it shows a bit of jealousy from those who don't get girls that often.
