Kotlc

An acronym for Keeper of the Lost Cities, a book series with a lot of problematic elements. It follows a girl who finds out she’s an elf, a superior race of human looking people who are served by a race of gnomes with “tree bark skin”… There are nine book installments in the series.

kotchski

A more formal form of cotch, which is a regional term for a tool of the male variety. A dude who seriously overcompensates, typically without knowing it. A more offensive poser, with heavier narcissism to the point of parody. Also very heavy on the "alpha" complex. Can possibly be traced to definitions 6 and 7 of "Kotch."

Sweet Jesus, the guy driving the pimped-out Neon is a screaming kotchski.

verb To repeatedly, shamelessly, and egregiously cheat on academic examinations, often characterized by pasting pages of solution manuals into textbooks, or visiting the restroom during the examination to consult with textbooks or other students.

To always talk about getting together with local friends when you are in town, and then once you are in town you don't call them or give them advance notice, but post pictures of your local visit on social media

I remember discussing with Josh that we'd get together with the kids when he was in town, but he pulled a Kolchins and came and went without any notice he was around
