Also a place where most The teachers don't give a shit about what you. The school is filled with fake gangsters representing every gang under the sun And everyguy is pretty much a fuck.

Yes, there actually was an island called "Kokomo" just like in the Beach Boys song. Today it's called "Sandals Cay" and is owned by Sandal's Resort. It sits in Montego Bay, Jamaica and holds only a few amenities and primarily caters to couples. It's this very tiny (2 and 1/2 acres) island that they are referring to in their song of the same name.

When you are so drunk you demand to listen to Kokomo by the Beach Boys. This usually results in wearing novelty clothes such as Sombreros and Hawaiian shirts ten sizes too small for you. When the person is ready they dance the night away listening to the sounds of the beach boys.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
