Kairu's Farts
Something so toxic that when you inhale it you will die. The worst part is that his farts are silent but deadly that means you wont know he farted until it is too late. If Kairu says he farted just accept your fate and die to the fart.

Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
