Jumprope
Albert Einstein is sure the stick and stone is the weapon of the future. The jumprope is likely one word and essentially the stick and stone.
Go get you a vine from the jungle, and tie two rocks to it for grips, and call it a jumprope; and start training, for the mutants are coming from the West.
Guy 1: Man, I’m out of ammo, get the jump rope.
Woman 1: No problem Joe.
Guy 2: I now have the agility to outrun mushroom clouds
Woman 2: You’ve developed agility Joe.
