Someone who messes your feelings/you around as a result the person shouldn't been taken seriously.

This guy is a joke ting he told me he'd meet me at 5pm.

Joketingering

When someone says something with meaning, and then realizes they regret saying in. In attempt to pull back they might say this was a joke or i didn't mean that.

Suzan - Fuck you
Anyone else - Thats kinda gay
Suzan - Not like that, i was Joketingering
