Snap Jitsu
Unorthodox variant of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu developed from Gracie Jiu Jitsu and 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu which involves grabbing the neck with the bicep and forearm, and proceed to drop to the ground with a quick snapping motion to initiate different submissions, most likely a guillotine choke or d’arce choke.
Training includes unorthodox, counter productive and sometimes stupid drills and workouts. Some of these workouts include lifting weights while balancing on exercise balls, kicking metal poles, elbowing exercise machines and running through uneven terrain with a weight vest.
