The Inbetweeners

The Inbetweeners is a hit comedy broadcasted by those rascals at e4. One of the funniest teenage programs on television, it’s also funny viewing for adults.

The show centres on Will who reminds me of a teenage version of Mark from Peep Show. As well as being geeky and socially awkward, his best friend Simon is the classic “nice guy” stereotype and has been after the same girl Carlie for a while. Although having said that, I would give my index fingers to shag that bit of crumpet.

Will’s other friends include the dumb but good-hearted Neal and the ultimate lad Jay who has most the best lines in the show. However despite his laddish credentials, he’s a bull-shitter but that adds to his humour, what a cheeky chap.
Guy 1: Hey mate, did you check out The Inbetweeners last night?
Guy 2: Those guys get up to some right shenanigans, I creased at the bus wanker bit.

Guy 1: I know! Whatever will they get up to next week? There’s a film coming out soon.
Guy 2: No way, we gotta check that out when it comes out!
Eavesdropping Girl: Oh I love Simon, he’s so cute!
Guys 1 and 2: *cringes*

Inbetweeners

A teenage Sub-Group, ie. People who are not cool enough to be popular but are not nerdy enough to be geeks.

Inbetweeners are therefore an average of the two major teenage social groups

Inbetweeners Dance

A dance, featured in the British comedy film The Inbetweeners Movie always to the tune of We speak no Americano by Yolanda Be Cool. The dance is ironic as all the moves are quite awkward and very simple, like a piss-take macarena. Sadly though, the dance is an inside joke with the majority of the uk, who have seen the movie, and as the film has not been released overseas, anyone from outside the UK will have no idea of the dance's funny origin, and just think they are being strange. If they had heard of the dance, or seen it before, the chances are that they have seen the British boyband One Direction perform it and incorrectly assume that they made it up, with humiliating consequences for any Brit abroad.
"...So I was at this club, not doing much, when suddenly 'we speak no americano' comes on, and simultaneously, everyone in the club starts doing the Inbetweeners Dance in sync! WIN!"

inbetweener

Individuals and companies that suck value out of the economy without creating any new value resulting in a net loss to society.
Every banker, finance person, lawyer, and attorney is nothing but an inbetweener.

Inbetweeners

A very popular British TV sitcom first aired in 2008, based on the lives of 4 ordinary middle class teenage boys (Will, Simon, Jay, and Neil) living in the suburbs of London. The plot follows the boys at their everyday lives at the fictional Rudge Park Comprehensive and on various school trips away, group outings and many other things which, though achieveable by normal standards, always seem to go wrong for them eg, Will shits himself in a GCSE exam. The show has been nominated for 'Best Situation Comedy' at BAFTA twice, in 2009 and 2010. At the British Academy Television Awards 2010, it won the Audience Award, and in 2010 the show won the Best Sitcom award at the British Comedy Awards. In the 2011 British Comedy Awards, the show also won the award for Outstanding Contribution to British Comedy. Despite the show finishing in 2010 after it's 3rd series, The Inbetweeners Movie was released in 2011 and grossed a huge £45,000,000 despite it's small budget of just £3,500,000
*Jay: Morning Benders, jump in the minge mobile.
Will: Strange thing to call your mum's car.

*Jay: So I had one bent over the table here, there was one up here who I was fingering and I was just toe fucking the one on the floor.
Will: So when do we get to meet these lucky ladies?
Jay: You can't, they've gone back to the playboy mansion.

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
