ignorant + arrogant = a word to describe people in their present societies who believe that their way of doing things is the most correct while ignoring that every 50 years or so we laugh haughtily at the errors of the fools before us, thereby creating a continuous repetitive psychosis of "We must be correct now!"

These politicians are so ignorrogant. They do not know what are they talking about, but the talk about it as if they were experts on the topic!

Even though the politicians realized that information from the new biometric database could be leaked, they reasoned "why would anyone want to hack it?"
