Mat-howgen

Mat-howgen is a German slang term for an inverted penis; commonly referred to as a “man pussy.” It is a rare condition in which a person is born with the XY chromosomes but their genitalia has the appearance of the female vagina.

I went home with this cute guy and was shocked to find a mat-howgen when I went down on him!
