The condition of being both hyper and irritated at the same time. Often associated with Attention Deficit Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder where the emotional state of irritation grows over time and becomes meshed with hyperactivity.
Lance thinks he knows a lot about mechanical things, so after we told him he didn't for several years he became quite hydicated.
