A Hotta is a very brave, bold person. He brings joy to everyone and puts a smile on everyone's face. He is irresistible to almost everyone and get a ton of bitches. His hair is rad and he has the best style. He may be dorky or a major nerd at times but overall he's a great person. They have many friends but not just one friend group. They like to bounce around a lot. They try really hard to be perfect but they can't always meet other people expectations but that's okay. Hostage Negotiation

Dude, I was just in stall 3, and I had to do some major Hostage Negotiation in there... I was a little embarrassed, 'cause Lenny the VP was in the next stall. Although HE had no problem releasing the hostages.
