The period of time after one settles into a new home. Typically filled with excitement and joy over the newness and cleanliness, pride in one's new surroundings, and sense of exploration as new daily routines are established.

After unpacking boxes; moving furniture; and organizing their clothing, dishes, and knick knacks, Maria and Juan were excited for the Homeymoon phase of getting to know the ins and outs of their new home.
