Joshu Higashikata 

Joshu is a Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure(ジョジョの奇妙な冒険) character, appearing in Part 8, Jojolion. The character sports an ugly bowl cut, a strip of hair on both sides of his head completely cut off, making it all the more uglier. He is somehow adorable because of his retarded tendencies. He fawns over Yashuo Hirose, the first female character we see in this Part and one who plays a large role in Josuke 8’s life as he recovers from memory loss. At the beginning Joshu tries to kill Josuke 8, but cannot do so. Joshu states that he doesn’t believe in God, making him an athiest, confirmed by his wiki page. He is thought to be the reincarnation of Okuyasu, but as we’ve seen not every character has a reincarnated equivalent, so he’s probably just a new character in general.

Joshu, in the end, is an annoying sidekick who once as far as we know tried to rape Yashuo, is a piece of shit to Josuke 8, but has an amazing looking Stand.

Jobin Higashikata 

Jobin Higashikata is a major antagonist of the eighth arc of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, entitled "JoJolion". He is the user of the stand 「Speed king」and has a massive beetle collection that he uses to have them fight each other for his enjoyment. He seeks the new rokakaka in hopes of curing the rock disease from his son Tsurogi.

Josuke: "Jobin Higashikata is our enemy, Yasuho. He wants the plant to himself although we only need one to cure Holly-san. We can't let him do that."

Josuke Higashikata 

The protagonist of Part 4 of the anime Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. A 16-year old teen living with his mother in the city of Morioh. He, like some of his other relatives, has a special ability known as a stand, with the name of Crazy Diamond. His stand's ability is to break and rebuild almost anything. He spends most of his part of the anime attempting to defeat the antagonist, Kira Yoshikage, a 33-year old man with a hand fetish, also having a stand known as Killer Queen.
Josuke is also very popular amongst the girls in his school very much due to his outlandish, steak-like hair. It is also the main reason for his violent nature when people insult his hairstyle. His hairstyle was adopted from a man who helped save him and his mother from certain death when Josuke was just a child.
