Is a reject marvel superhero. Who seems to lead a life of crime using the outcast forces of mother nature to make one person in Paris mad at a time. His weapon of choice is butterflies.

He seems to be obsessed with two teenage wannabee superheroes who have mentors that look like they came out of a line of fur real friends. His obsession leads him to sit in his secret lair and make crackling noises until someone is upset.

He has no social life whatsoever so all he does is grooms his child to become a major fashion disaster.
